Overview/description

.......what is this core competency referring to? Describe how it links in with the Digiteen Area of Awareness
This information gives four habits that can effect your health positively. It is referring to knowing the appropriate learning habits in the digital age. It also means having a professional approach to all things online.

Examples

.....Provide real examples from your school, country or from your research of how this norm and the Digiteen element impact on each other. These can be in the form of an image with text, a podcast, a short video, interviews etc.

One habit is to think positive. If you have a negative attitude and think you will hate something you will hate it. If you have a positive attitude you may like it. Another habit is to change negative messages into positive. This will help lose stress. Everyone needs help at times. If you need help just ask so you don't get more frustrated by doing something wrong. Another goal is to replace bad habits with better new ones. While doing this make it easy on yourself and do it gradually. An example is if you want to stop eating so many candy bars you would star by taking away more each day.
You should not do things at work that are for only your entertainment. Keep the things you do at work or school professional and manage your digital activity in correct ways so you don't have to stress out about being caught doing things unprofessional at the wrong time. [1]
